We work from the engineer's design, coordinate with the other trades on site, and carry the system through start-up and testing so the owner receives equipment that performs the way it was specified. Where a building is occupied, we plan the work around the people inside it.
Our crews handle new construction, gut renovations and equipment replacement in existing buildings, including rooftop work, mechanical rooms and tight ceiling spaces common in older New York buildings.

Do you work in occupied buildings?+
Yes. Much of our work is in schools and public buildings that stay open. We phase the work, schedule noisy or disruptive tasks around the building's hours, and keep work areas protected and clean.
Can you replace HVAC equipment without a full renovation?+
Yes. We regularly remove old rooftop units, boilers, split systems and air handlers and install new equipment while reusing ductwork and piping where they are in good condition.
Can new HVAC help with Local Law 97?+
Replacing old heating and cooling equipment with efficient systems, adding energy recovery and improving controls are common ways buildings reduce energy use and emissions. We install the systems your engineer selects to meet those goals.
